Please bring along your current School Smartcard for your card exchange. Any remaining value will be transferred to the new card.
if your card is lost - Inform teacher immediately. School receive an unactivated card, and have to pay a lost fee of $23.
if you forget to bring the card - Inform teacher immediately. School receive an unactivated card, and bring along your old and new cards for activation at the respective places.
if you are absent - Inform school immediately. School receive an unactivated card, and bring along your old and new cards for activation at the respective places.
if your card has auto-top facility - Inform teacher immediately. School receive an unactivated card, and bring along your old and new cards for activation at the Ticket Office. Reapply the facility if you use the card before the facility is available.
if your card is faulty - School receive the old and new cards, and bring along your old and new cards for activation at the respective places.
if your card value is less than $1.00 - Please top-up before exchange. Top-up services will not be provided in school. They should top-up at GTM, AVM or Passenger Service Centre.
